More searching

We went to see the house in the west end on the weekend. As expected: a lamentable quickie reno job (mediocre floors, lousy kitchen, etc.) that will likely go for much more than it's worth. The strip of St. Clair from Bathurst going west is red hot at the moment.

But we did see a house on the east end a few nights back that we liked. It's listed at below market value, but hopefully it won't see too much action so that we can have a shot at it. More to come.
